I wnated some input to see if it was worth the time and money to bore out the head and install bigger valves and install copper guide sleeves

Heres my head build parts list so far.

I was also thinking about doing pistons but i was wondring how much the stock sleeves can take. OEM is 86mm

Don't bother with them. If anything get supertech stuff.

Also, why 1100cc injectors

Also, .84 housing on a 2871r?

And stock sleeves are good for just about anything you can throw at them IIRC.

I would be hesitant to overbore the stock sleeves too much. They can handle a .020" overbore, but my personal opinion is a .040" (1mm) overbore would be pushing the limit.

Also, if you're wanting enough horsepower to warrant 1100cc injectors (dear god that's a lot of flow!), there's no way in the world the stock bottom end could support what you want.

I think you need to sit down and actually blueprint out what you want out of your motor and then build accordingly. From the looks of your list, you're just tossing parts together and not thinking of the overall picture.

chukigin, please reduce the size of your signature picture. It's way outside the limits we allow for sig size

you make no sense.

z32 maf can't support more than 500hp and thats 740cc injectors running at a slightly higher fuel pressure.

adjustable cam gears are a waste of money IMO.

you could probably get the throttle body from a sr20de cheaper.
