1jz s13 swap

V8 240sx? Sure! If either the chassis OR the engine is non-Nissan (i.e. SR20 in an RX-7 or LS1 in a 240sx), we've done it.

i am trying to put a 1jzgte in a s13, the 1j has a rear sump oil pan on it and i was looking into buying an engine/trans mount kit that uses stock motor mounts. Will the oil pan clear the rack, or do i need to swap to a front sump oil pan?? the engine cradle in the car is the original one :confused:

no you will need a front sump oil pan rear wont even fit with stock cross member if you get one from a SOARER or CHASER those should work for you just dont get a rear sump or you will have troubles if you already have it your going to need a fount sump pump and they arnt cheap.

can i still use the factory engine cross member with the front sump
