19x9 on 2003 Altima

I have a 2003 Altima 2.5 S...Looking at getting 19x9 Motegi Touge with 30 mm offset in black...just wondering if they will fit, and if so what size tire?i have a eibach springline drop....i know ill have to roll my fenders, thats not a problem...also a friend of mine has 20x9 axis wheels with a drop and has no problems, but i dont know what his offset is
