19x9 and 19x10

So the rims I want offer sizes: 19x9 (+25 or +35) and 19x10 (+15, +25 or +35)

I want some opinions on what I should get. Should I get a staggered set or 19x9s all around? Most likely I will get 19x9s all around but then what offset and tires should i run in the rear if I want to have them flush to the fenders? *Also, I'm planning to roll my fenders and I'm dropped on coilovers.

I wont be going with the norm and I will always say function over form. 19x9 +35 all around for me.

Rolling your rear fenders would give about another 15-20mm. Do the math if you plan on going stagger.
