i want to know if these wheels will fit, and if they dont exactly fit, what do i have to do tire wise, and fender rolling wise to make them fit?

i know they should fit, but the deeper offset is making me second guess here.

Those will stick out pretty damn far.

8.5 width with +22 offset is really pushing it for the A/C.

As far as rolling/pulling goes, I don't think that will be necessary. These wheels will stick out way too far to clear the regular fender.

Consider fender flares and coil overs, and be the first A/C to do so

Here is my current setup if anyone is interested:Eibach Pro KitAdvans RS 19x9 +29 Toyo Proxes 4 245/35/19ED front fender

I don't rub with my setup. I have my ED fenders cut just to be safe and the rears are not rolled and it still has a few more mm clearance from what I remember.

so do you think i will have issues with .5in less width but 7mm more offset?

btw i have a sedan not a coupe, but it should be the same

andrew... i think that 22 offset is pushing it... it's gonna stick out alot further... thats for like a rwd setup for a deep lip or something. i feel the limit is like 28 or so... not to sure though, jus my opinion.

By my math it's going to stick out 0.65mm more than Loop's. Too much for my liking, as it looks like Loop's wheels are barely creeping out of his crazy-awesome coupe's fenders.

Let me tell you this, the setup I have all help contribute to clear. Reason why it does is because the Eibachs give it some negative camber and as well the tires are a bit stretch due to the width of my wheels. So you might want to look into some 225 or 235 tires.

This is what happens when you have those springs installed right before SEMA and those pictures were taken at SEMA. Another reason to get coilovers.

Edit: Talking about that picture with a super big fender gap.

from the outer rim portion to where the wheel bolts up to the hub is an 84mm difference on loops car.

the wheels i want to get are at 96mm. so thats about 12 mm more, give or take a couple in either direction.

so it will stick out more. damn, the wheels i want to get look much better with a +22 offset rather than a +42.

oh really...wow!

i guess something went wrong in my calculations. common error. so basically, they should be able to fit up very similar to loops wheels?

I'm not going to guarantee it will look the same, but the math says it will. I personally would choose some rims with a higher offset - which will allow tires with a little bit more sidewall.

IMO, its not the rear tires you have to worry about, its the backspacing on the front tires. I'm running 245/35/20 tires with 20" x 8.5" wheels with a +35 offset....And with my setup (with eibachs) when I turn my wheels all the way to one direction or another (i.e. for a U-turn) I'm fine, but I think if I had a +22 offset, pushing me out +13more mm, I would rub.

In your situation, your 245/35/19's will be i inch less in diameter, essentially dropping your car about 1/2 lower than mine, but your tires would stick out 13mm more than mine currently do ...

IDK, its a lot of variables and changes to consider, so its hard for me to gauge whether or not this would rub... if I were you, I would be safe and get some wheels with a slightly larger offset.... just my .03

Here is another example of how much it sticks out. IMO I am pretty much at the limit to where it starts looking awkward due the rims sticking out of the fenders. Though once coilovers are in, it should look normal.

yes it does look a little bit off. i will be getting wheels after coilovers, so ill gauge what i will be doing after i see your results Loop.

Reviving this thread also! Does anyone know if One Crazy Max went through with this set up and is having no issues?

are you trying to go flush/hellaflush?

i'd say go wider in the rear. maybe 19x9 or something. in those pictures, look at how high the car is still. If you get coilovers, camber bolts, and fender roll, you should be good to go with a great stance. before you lower your car, you want the wheels to be poking if you want to go flush.

I think you shouldnt have a problem. If anything a fender roll and slight pull. If there are guys pulling off +15 offset with 8.5 front and 9.5 rear on 19's, I dont see any reason why you couldnt pull off 8.5 all around with +22 offset.

D-Roll, I don't see this working well during spirited or hard driving on your front setup. Kiss good bye to your fender protector(?)

Loop, what's doing him in? The offset? The wheel width? Both?

Or maybe the tire. I'd go for more stretch.
