I have a 1999 Infiniti QX4 4wd and I purchased 22" rims with that have a center hub size of 106mm with a offset of 10mm will this be a problem? I have tires that are 265/35/22. I have yet to install them.

At a miniumum you'll need hub rings, and you'll want to check the wheel clearance first before mounting a tire on them, once they've been mounted you cannot return them.

Also, to determine fitment you'll need to give use the rim width in addition to the diameter.

Rims are 22x10 offset 10mm with center bore of 106mm. I purchased the rims from tirerack but they are listed for 2001-2003 QX4. I have 1999 QX4 4wd. Where can I get the hub rings and what size hub rings would I need for the 1999 QX4 with 106mm rims?

You'll ned a hub ring to go from a 106mm to 66.06mm (most nissan hubs are this diam...but you may want to check yours just to make sure)..most good wheel places, etc should have this. If not, you can call The Tire rack and they should be able to get you a set based on your wheel, etc.

Unfortunately I'm not sure exactly what hub bore the new QX4 has...

I have a 1999 QX4 that is 4wd. I heard they are either 108mm or 100mm.
