1999 QX4 engine swap to VQ35

What would it take to put a VQ35engine in my 1999 QX4?

I have the QX4 with the 3.3l, the truck is fine its just starting to burn oil. However my friend has a g35 (2006 i believe) that he totaled (only body and frame damage) the engine and transmission are fine. He wants to get rid of it for cheap. What other parts would need to be swapped if I wanted to drop his engine in my QX4 and which of these parts can I use from the ‘06 g35?
