wondering about blacking out my stock rims on my 99 qx4
any tips, concerns, suggestions, experiences?

Someone on here with a QX4 did it, can't find the thread but, for starters, take one wheel off, buy some plasti dip and spray it on there. Decide if you like it first. Or you can do like I did, Plasti-dip > Paint.
