1999 Q45 hood replacement does a 1997 hood fit?

I have a 1999 Q45 and need to replace the hood. Will a 1997 Q45 hood fit? I live in Panama and I have access to a 1997 Q45 for parts. I know the styyling of the fascia is a bit different on the 2 cars but I just want it to fit properly. Thanks in advance!

Also want to know if I can swap out the power steering reservoir and front suspension. I do not care if the suspension has the dual mode, just want a smoother ride

Yes it should work.

I have a 98 Q that I crashed and replaced the whole front with a 2001 front. Bolted right up.
