That will show you where the EGR is then from there if you are a DIYer you can see how to remove it.
But these cars were meant to see the dealer about the smallest things so if you have your doubts seek a pro or read the FSM and go from there.
And you might also want to use brake parts cleaner on the valve its self and a pipe cleaner for the tube that goes to it.
