So I just drove from South Florida to New York yesterday. Car was great the whole trip, no problems. Parked the car in the driveway yesterday. Today my dad went to take it out for a spin, and when he got in the car, the clutch was half-depressed. He started the car fine, but then the clutch wouldn't come all the bay back up unless he pulled it back. Depressing the clutch and trying to shift into gear just causes grinding as if the clutch pedal isnt moving the clutch at all. Anyone heard of this before?

Could be a problem with the clutch master or slave cylinder.

I just had the same thing happen to me Im getting ready to change out the slave cylinder, and clutch master cylinder. If that doesnt fix it im going to have to start looking deeper but i think it is one of those two.
