I have 155,000 miles approx. on my Infiniti QX4 have gotten two sensor codes read, issues with "Knock Sensor" P0325 & Oxy sensor P0151 "low voltage bank 2 sensor 1" .. So I seen these pathfinder relocating the knock sensor to the top of the engine block, rather than removing the manifolds .. etc.. I wanted to know if anybody has any success stories with it and whether or not it PERFORMS just as well as the knock sensor that's located in it's original placement? (I love this car) And would replacing the oxy sensor first , reset the codes and see if the knock sensor shows up again a smart option? :wtf2:

Don't get concerned about replacing the knock sensor . I Had the same issue last month on mine, except my O2 sensor was downstream left side. The knock sensor warning only gets triggered when some other sensor fails or is out of range of nominal values. I cleared the codes and ran some real-time monitoring tests to check engine operating parameters and couldn't find anything out of the norm. It was fine for a few days then same errors returned. Was about ready to replace the sensor and thought I'd clear the codes and drive it for a while. That was four weeks ago and no errors have been detected.....yet.
