I am replacing my lower and upper timimg chains, tensioners and guides on my 1999 Altima. I have removed the camshafts so I can set the #1 cyl at TDC. Once I do that can I put the lower timing chain on? After I install the lower chain how do I align the upper chain sprockets? Anyone have any good info on this ?

There should be dimples on the sprockets and on the head in order to align everything. Once you line everything up and have the belt in place, rotate the the crankshaft 120 degrees counter clockwise and then bring the #1 cylinder back to TDC on the compression stroke and make sure everything is still aligned correctly.
