1999.5 pathy and qx4 interchangeable parts....

i just bought a 99.5 pathy, and the qx4 front end look identical at a glance. can i get the lights from a 99 qx4 and fit them in , particularly the fog and driving lights, plan b would be hid's if they had them for the 99 qx4's..thkx folks...anyone got a list of swappable parts? pardon my "noob-ality", but, as i said,. i'm new to the nissan family.thanks a million.

ime not sure where(website) i saw it but I think i saw a '00 pathy with 2001 Qx4 hid head lights.ile to look it for you.
