1999.5 climate control problem

I ran into a problem with my qx4 this past summer. It seems like my a/c is always on even when I turn my climate control off, it deflects my air to my feet. When its in the off position if I press the temp up button or down and turn the unit back on it changes depending on how many degrees I tried to adjust. So I dont even know where to even start troubleshooting because I always have heat or ac always on. If anyone has an idea please let me know.

it is probably the blower amplifier/resistor.... i know we covered this in anothre thread, check around (search in post bodies) if you cant find it ill help you out a little more
