i have the brake calipers and the rotor, i was wondering if i ran out of brakes is there any usdm car i can get the brakes from to fit the rps13 ones?

have a look at the 97/98 s14's. I suspect your best bet is there.

RPS13 is vague... I'm assuming it's 96+ as in the kouki edition.

Just use the 4-lug brakes w/ or w/o ABS for that year.
