I have a 1998 Q45 and recently changed the vacuum hoses when I came across one that didn't have a hose on it. It looks like it had been cut off. It is on top and in back of the intake manifold. Image
This is not my manifold but shows the connection I am talking about Does anyone know where this should go? Thanks in advance.

:welcome: to NICO!

Someone may come along with a good answer soon, but if you want to see if it's shown in your car's factory service manual, it's available at http://www.infinitiservicemanual.com

Did your Q come with California emissions, or Federal? The diagram on EC-19 doesn't seem to show a connection there, but on EC-29 (California diagram) it looks like there's a connection that goes to a one-way valve.

I have the manual but didn't think to check the California diagram. I'll check that. Thanks.

After checking, it doesn't show the connector on the EGRC for non-Cal. Should I just cap the connector? When I put my finger over the inlet it has a good suction.

If you don't have whatever that would connect to, I would cap it. No need sucking in un-metered, un-filtered air if you don't have to.
