1998 pathfinder stays on

The horn of my 1998 pathfinder stays on. I check the steering wheel and seems that the plastic isolators in the wheel are broken. Can they be replaced? Where to find them??

Do you happen to have any pictures of your wheel/horn, or one like it?
Do you just have the fused removed for the time being?
