1.6 engine. When I hit 40-50 it jerks and dies. When I go 35 down the road to the store or something it fine. But sometimes when I get to the house it won't start back up. Sometimes I have to wait 30 minutes or an hour. Always starts fine in the morning cause it hasn't been started in hours. I get the p0335 code. Which is the crankshaft sensor. I have two of them. The one I'm using now is not even a year old. But then again I got it off eBay for 15.00. I tried putting on the old one. I don't think the old one is bad and It runs the same. I have a bad valve cover leak and it is getting on the sensor and the harness. But I've been told that's bot a problem.

Nissan has a history of bad crank or cam position sensors. Double check all the sensors (not sure if that car has more than one sensor) according to the factory service manual. You can find the FSM in the link in my signature. Good luck!
