, 1998 Maxima that stalls when you punch it at about 50 MPH

When I punch my 1998 Maxima, at about 50 mph, it will stall.If I let back up on the gas it will resume power again. Does anyone know what this maybe ?

Welcome to NICO!

I would say that your problem is with either the idle air control valve, the throttle position sensor, or the fuel system itself.

Is your check engine light on?
