Engine light comes on. Take it to Advance Auto. Guy reads codes and says knock sensor bad and that other codes (???) will go away with the replacement of sensor. Got OEM sensor off EBAY for $45. Anyways how long should it take a DECENT shade tree mechanic to do this and is there anything else they should do while they are in there ? Do you advocate replacing intake gasket ?
