1998 infinti i30 will not start if its hot outside

My car dash board lights up and windows work if it turn the key but the car does not start. I change the battery and still nothing. It does not even make a clicking noise...any help out there the car does not start if it is over 80 degrees outside but starts right up at night

I would start by testing the starter. Some parts stores like Advance Auto Parts and AutoZone will test this free of charge. You can also check out www.nicoclub.com/FSM/ to view and/or download the factory service manual.
