Can I take the tail lights from the same year pathfinder (1998) and put them in an Infinity QX4?

I assume you just purchased your QX4. I would definitely have the vehicle inspected for the strut housing corrosion recall if it hasn't been done yet. Details are found in the stickied thread at the top of this forum section.
