1998 Infiniti I30 will not start if its hot outside

My car does not start if it is over 80 degrees outside. I turn the key and the lights comes on and the windows works..the dash lights up also..but it does not start up not even a click noise..when the sunsets the car starts right up..help me.. I purchased a new battery
