1998 3.3 wont start

Been having issues with it not starting right away everytime all it would do is click when i turned the key but everytime i messed with it it would eventually start.. Was driving just fine before hand then started acting up about 2 weeks ago.. Now i get in and turn the key it does nothing not even a click.. I pulled the starter and had it tested its good and all fuses and relays appear to be good as well so what else could be my issue??

Are the battery cables making a solid connection to the post terminals? Sometimes they will seem solid, but if you can move them by hand, then they need to be tightened or replaced.

or could be your ignition switch is going out.

The source of the problem might be easier to solve with more info -
For instance: when you turn the key to the on position do any of the dash lights come on?

when the key is on all my lights work radio works heat or cold works just wont even try to crank when i turn the key

Where is the ignition switch?? is it inside the plastic under the wheel??

Then one good possibility is that your neutral safety switch is faulty. It's mounted in the shift console. You can partially test this out by moving the shift lever while turning the key. Check the FSM for testing/replacement procedure.
