1998 240SX Clutch disc diameter

I am in the process of changing the clutch in my son's 1998 240SX. The local auto parts lists the clutch disc diameter as 8 7/8", but the clutch disc in the car measures 9 3/8" diameter.

Is this possibly an upgrade that the previous owner made using a clutch from a different model?

OK, I went to the auto parts and figured it out though process of elimination by comparing my pressure plate and disc with others. It turns out the clutch is for a 1990 Nissan pickup. Apparently someone swapped flywheels so the larger clutch could be used in the 240SX.

Hopefully this information may be of benefit to someone.
