1998 200SX SE-R No pulse on #1 injector

All the four cylinders has spark, so crank angle sensor isn't the problem. Hooked up the connector from the first injector to a noid light, cranked the car over, but the noid light refuse to light up. Pretty much stuck with the conclusion it's either some bad wiring, bad ground, or bad ECM (I hope it's not the ECM). I need some other opinion on this matter of why 3 injectors have a pulse except one? Can the ECM become half dead?

The injector can be dead. Seen it happen, had it happen. It could also be the ECU. Had it happen as well.
