1997 truck IAC fault

I have a 1997 truck with the KA24E engine. I am getting an IAC fault on the scan tool (check engine light on) but the truck is running exactly as it should with no problems, but the fault will not clear. Any suggestions?

Idle air control errors can be just dirty intake tract. Try getting some throttle body cleaner and spraying the intake tract really good. Run for a few to burn off the gunk and remove battery negative cable for 20 minutes and see if it clears the error code.
