1997 Speaker Wiring

I am trying to install new rear deck speakers in my 1997 Max. There is a blue and a red wire going to the speakers. Could anyone tell me which one is +ve and which one is -ve?

It's ok. Lots of different things to do. I'm lucky there are quite a few other NICO guys in the area that all get together.

Will do. Don't know when I will be able to get down there next between job, family and school but I hope to at least get down in March for some early season golf with my Father-in-Law. I'll let you know and hopefully I can buy you a beer for your help.

By the way, I finished installing the speakers tonight. Everything worked well. Hopefully my crimp will hold and it will be all good.
