1997 Sentra GXE, No turn signals or hazard flashers

The title says it all. This is for a co-worker, not my car.I checked the flasher unit under the dash by the driver's right knee. It is getting power. The fuse is good. I have not changed it (the flasher) out as I'm not sure if there is only one or two flasher relays on this car.

Does this car have separate flasher relays for the turn signals and the hazards?If not, what is common to both that would disable both?

if the power is good and you actually checked the coils of the relay for 12v and ground then you need a new relay. there should be only one for this car. most likely if the coils are energized my any action from the triggers(stalk or flasher button) and you dont get an out put time for a new one.

i rewired my lighting system with my new lights with larger gauge wire and i only needed one for mine, yours shold be the same.
