When my s14 is at idle, after a few seconds you feel it shaking a little bit and then it starts shaking a little harder and then goes back to not shaking and repeat. When i pop the hood, you can see the motor moving about 1-2 inches left and right and then it stops moving. Also, the shifter starts moving too and when you're going fast it starts moving a lot. I checked the mounts and that's not the problem. What can i do/check? Thanks

Sounds like it might be getting very lean then richening up. Try disconnecting the O2 and see if you have the same pattern of shakes. If it stops get a new O2

I disconnected the harness on the o2 sensor but sadly that didnt make a difference. Is there anything else i can do? Thanks for the help, the shaking bugs the hell out of me at every red light.

pull the plugs and get a look at them. see if they give any indication of fuel mixture problems.

No it needs to see 2 run cycles to illuminate the CEL. If you were to unplug it again the light would come on. Right now its only a pending code. If after 3 warm up cycles it does not see the failure again it will erase the code from memory with out reseting all your SRT moniters.

I am also curious about your IAC system maybe fluctuating to much. Do the plug inspection though and see what they look like first.
