1997 qx4 cluster and climate control???

hey whats up everyone, my question is that i have a 97 qx4 and my friends dad has a 98 qx4 and hes cluster has a digital milage spot which i like better and hes climate control is a little different then mine(hes is nicer)..i wanted to know if they would work on my truck by just pluging them in?...i cant try testing hes on my so thats out,but maybee some of you guys did this or know the answer...thanks all

not without swapping your engine and dash harness. the climate control will swap right over though.
