1997 Q45

Hey folks. havent been on here since i used to own an s13 in ages ago. Good to be back. I now own a 97 q45. great freaking ride, ultra nice and it rides awesome!

Quick question though, last time i went to go run an errand, about 3-4 minutes later all these orange lights came out and they said, "TCS" "SLIP" and "service engine soon". When i came back home, i turned off the car and turned it back on all the lights were gone but the "service engine soon". what could this be?

Buy a code reader at a parts store ($50) because you're going to need it anyways.

Scan the code, but TCS and SLIP on can be a sign of a malfunction in the charging system (alternator).

when you buy a code reader, where do you hook it up to? never used one amazingly.
