were can i find a new or used oil pan, i took my car in for a oil change and the mechanic said my threads is going, he rethread it but said i need to change it, the cost is 900 to 1,000$. can i get it a lil cheaper then that

There is no reason to spend that amount of money. People routinely tap oil pans with a tap coated in grease to catch the shavings and all autoparts stores sell oversized oil pan bolts that cut their own new threads. find a more creative mechanic.
