1997 Q45 interior lighting issues...

OK I own a 1997 Q45 with a very strange problem I cant seem to fix!? For some reason I have no interior lights at night...the cluster lights up and THATS ALL!! nothing else will illuminate no gear shift, no climate control, radio,map lights NO NOTHING! checked fuses cant for the life of me figure this out! I got the mechanical stuff under control with new plugs and coil packs, new throttle control sensors, and a new MAF. PLEASE someone help! Its dark in there...I absolutely love the car. Just tired of fumbling around in the dark at night...I cant even change the radio stations with out using my lighter...lol

Do you have the FSM? maybe a ground wire floating? check the schematics to see what is common.
