1997 Q45 emission specs needed, help!

Hello happy motoring maniacs, Here's an unusual request from the small country called Holland, you know....wooden shoes, heineken and legal soft dr*gs .I bought the ex nissan europes presidents company car.He drove the car 3 years in Amsterdam on a special registration because there is no European type approval for the infiniti Q45 T.After waiting to be exported to the US for 2 years the boss decided to sell the car to me. Now i face our EPA with a nice 37000mile V8 monster without any vehicle documents and they want to know and test the vehicle. I've got most off the paper work sorted out, but still need the offical emission specs like CO/HC/NOX etc. of the V8 engine. Can any of you find out where i can score those documents?? I tried the infiniti customer service but they never returned my E-mail. Please help me put this beast on the dutch roads!!!!

Wow, I'm sitting in the Airport Hilton in Holland right now. Been to the UK, France, and Germany and been looking for Q's or any Infiniti in Europe and couldn't find any, I guess I know there is one now!

Luckily you have a model the MB E430 or S430 [or BMW 4.0 in 97] to compare weight and approximate engine displacement.The US EPA should have the filing documents.

I was just there, I was in the BMC offices, you must be right around the corner and I saw the Nissan sign. I just arrived at the MS offices across the street but I'm unfortunately leaving again for the airport.
