1997 q45 cluster/ ac unit/ radio wiring diagram PLEASE HELP!!!

Long story short, Radio was ripped out and I had exposed wires everywhere. I taped most of them and checked the fuses. I replaced one of them and the interior lights (which where not working) started to work.Now I have the following:

Instrument panel Gauges and ac/heater control unit do not light up at when I turn headlights on (a/c heater unit shows display though).

I'm driving around at night with no lights on the cluster! and it's a pain in the @#$ to keep turning the interior light to see the speed I'm keeping or to change the ac/ heater settings!

Not to mention NO MUSIC. So If I purchase a radio I have no idea which wires are for what. Please help!!!!

Spend a week reading it and make your own LARGER diagrams with color abbreviations and helps.
