1997 Q45 cd changer, what is the cartridge model #?

I just bought a 1997 Q45 cd changer, Clarion model # PN-2109B, Infiniti model # B8184-C9960. I am told that the Infiniti model # for the cartridge is B8910-C9961, but want to know what the Clarion model # is so that I can pick one up on E-bay. The dealer wants $30+ for a new one, which seems excessive since the changer was only 2 1/2 times that much. I know the Clarion CA-355 won't fit because I have one of those. The cartridge is something smaller. Would be interested in buying one of anyone who has an extra. Do I need a CA-154 or CA-122?
