1997 Q45 and P1320 code

Does anyone have experience troubleshooting a P1320 code? The car cranks but does not start, I did replace the plugs and coil packs a year ago and also had a new fuel pump put in 2 months ago. I did have some knock sensors codes come up also but nothing else. Thanks in advance for any advice

P1320 can be a PITA because lots of things can cause it, but when it happens along with a no-start and there are no CKP/CMP codes, it's usually because the coils aren't getting power or have a bad ground.

I saw some people mentioning an ignition condensor, is that a thing and where would it be located?

They're usually taped back to the harness someplace. You can find the general area by getting the connector number from the wiring diagram for the DTC, then pulling up the connector location in the harness layout. Can't do it for you this minute, I'm at the shop and busy. However, unless it's shorted out, the condenser won't usually cause a no-start. If it is shorted, the fuse will be blown.

Okay, it looks like the condenser is on the fat leg of the engine harness where it runs left-right across the back of the engine. See the harness layout on El-454 (PDF page 457), connector# F23. It should be a little brown or black box with a gray 2-wire connector, wires are White/Red and Black.
