1997 PU

I purchased a 1997 Nissan PU in 1997. A few days after I took possession, I noticed that there was a distinctive misalingment of the bed. As viewed from the passanger rear. the bed on the passanger side is definitely lower than the driver side. I have noticed that there were many 1997 PU with a similar problem.

Over all the Nissan dealer did good work correcting other problems but had, they said, no idea how to correct this problem. I made several requests for information to Nissan, but never received a reply.

I am aware that it is most likely too late to have it corrected; however, I would like to know what they may have known and wouldn't share with me.
