New owner of a used 1997 pathfinder with a 5 speed and 4wd.. the stock motor has about 165,000 on it and just feels weak. Was wondering if anyone has swapped the na 3.3 with one of the supercharged 3.3’s out of a other model, and if so what headaches insued?

It can be done. Make sure you get the ECU that is paired with the motor. The accessory belt layout is a different due to the SC. You can also replace the SC pulley with a smaller one to get more charge. Lots of good information on this swap in the Frontier forum pages.
