1997 Pathfinder exhaust

So, here's my saga
I love my pathy, 183,xxx miles and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it to California from North Carolina, except for gas, haha
well, I recently replaced the MAF sensor and it runs like a dream, but now it has an exhaust leak, which is ok b/c I have been wanting to redo the entire exhaust system anyways
now come the questions
1) i want it to sound like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F74gxi6BFGc but some say flow 40's wont sound like that
2) what can i put under there that will fit
3) how can i have dual tips
4) any thing will help, I cant find anything online
