1997 pathfinder eccs wont start HELP!

while my truck was running my turn signal lights went out so we went to check the fuse and instead of pulling the lamp light i pulled the "eccs" fuse by mistake, and the truck shut off and now the truck wont start back up. everything works and it turns over but it wont run. can anyone help me solve this issue? someone so far told me its a anti theft system problem. how can i get this truck to crank over?

When you reinstalled the ECCS fuse did it blow?

My guess is a bad ECU from removing the fuse so abruptly.
