1997 nissan pickup have replace distributor 3 time last year. and it going bad now.any idea 1997 nissan pickup 2.4 liter xe
codes (p.o402) (p.o.302) distributor are aftermarkets would a nissan dealer distributor be better.

PO 302 - possible misfire - number -2 cylinder. Check spark plug - wire & distributor cap. There are like 9 different other possibilities,but this is a good start. Po - 402 is a possible EGR issue not cheap. Probably a carbon build up. Try cleaning before replacing.
