1997 nissan pathfinder flooded

1997 nissan pathfinder is flooded, again. Will anything help other than calling a mechanic to come reset. Will just waiting a few hours help and try to start again? Very unsure the best course to take. Very frustraiting!

Pull the spark plugs to allow most of the gas to evaporate and let it sit overnight, preferably in a garage or someplace warm.

hold your foot to the floor and crank it until it starts stummbling then once it sounds like its gonna throttle up let off the gas till its just off idle this will clear flood it. you probably need to have an intake decarb done and a base idle adjustment(biggest cause of cold start problems from to flooding)
