Persistent P1320 primary ignition signal. Replaced distributor, resistor, battery, starter. Distributor checked out per fsm. Pending camshaft pos sensor.
Fsm advised to check black/purple wire on intake manifold. Leads to 6 pin connector into distributor. Wire connector spun freely on bolt. Replaced bolt using 2 washers to sandwich the connectors. Cleared code, restarted and no MIL!
Will drive until ready for its last required emissions test here in Texas. 24 years old and all it needs is safety inspection.
