1997 Model Power window amplifier location? Help

where is it located since I opened door cover and I am unable to find itexcept for motor and regulator.

I am trying to replace it since drivers side window won't roll up and down.got stacked all the way downward.

please help how to diagnose why? wont go up and down/.
