Good evening! I am curious if anyone can tell me where coil 3 is? I got a diagnostic code that said misfire on coil 3 and am trying to figure out where and what this is. I just bought the car for my son and it was not doing this before we changed the plugs and we also added some seafoam when we filled the tank up.

Also, the coil is the ignition coil. That should be above cylinder 3. Did you properly plug the ignition coil back into the spark plug? That's usually the problem.

It just says I30 on the back i have no idea of anything else. It has no manuals with it and I cant seem to find any engine diagrams online' I guess I'm just not looking in the right place!

That overhead diagram shows the firing order of your engine. Each cylinder is numbered.

Also, if its running fine just clear the codes and carry on.

It should tell you the order of the cylinders. It should be the third one in the front. That's how it usually is, but you might want to check the FSM to be totally sure. It's a pretty easy problem to diagnose so you should be fine

if not, your cylinders are numbered as such from front to back:
