1997 I30 Oil leak, please help!

Hey guys. I know I'm a noob on this board but I was wondering if you could help me out. I've already tried the search option with no luck, so if you can redirect me to a thread that answers this it'd be a huge help.

Motor is leaking oil and its ending up on the power steering pump and subsequently the pass side half shaft (I know this is motor oil). Any ideas? I haven't changed the valve cover gaskets yet, do these notoriously leak down the motor on this side? I think I'm going to get a better look in a couple weeks but was wondering if these cars have any notorious areas prone to leakage. I had a 2001 maxima that was bone dry at 200k so I'm not used to this from these cars.

Car: 1997 I30 w/ 146k.

The rear valve cover gasket is more than notorious about leaking at the corners

I've read about the TC cover O-rings going bad too, but if it's that i think I'm going to throw in the towel. This car is not worth the time or money. I hate oil leaks but I might have to live with this one if it's not the valve covers. Thanks for the input man.
