Crank the Torsion Bars in the front... Make sure to get an alignment after so. You can prob get about 1-2 inches safely but around the 2 inch mark ull run into camber issuesJosh~

ok so to get 2 inches of lift all round, would i just add 2 inches of length to the rear spring shackles, or would it be more becausr they are at an angle and not straight down? also how do i adjust the torsion bars on the front.

2" of lift in back would require shackles that are 4" longer. You're better off with a little bit longer shackle and an add-a-leaf to lift the back.

A Tbar lift in front will net you 1.5" at best probably before alighnment becomes an issue. There are manufacturers that sell aftermarket upper A-arms that correct the balljoint angle and allow good alignment with 2.5-3" of front lift. You want to leave space between the upper arm and the bumpstop though.

A body lift is another way to clear bigger tires and will net you a true 3" of lift with the fender openings. Stock, you should be able to fit 235/75/15s on stock backspaced wheels with minimal rubbing. You'll find your rear axle gearing won't like tires much taller than that anyways.

My 94 hardbody sits on an add-a-leaf in the rear, calmini's HD torsion bars up front, rancho rs5000s, and has a body lift (3") from Summit.

I have it sitting on the stock wheels and tires off my 04 desert runner, 265/70/15s and it bogs it down more than I like. BUT the tires and wheels were laying around doing nothing, so given the price they will stay on til they wear out haha

I can tell you that the stock airbox is going to ruin heater hoses. That is my next change, gotta build something to fix that issue.

If you have any specific questions about lifting that thing I would be glad to help- this is my 2nd lifted hardbody personally and have helped lift a few more...
